Every Rent My Party Bus reservation comes with a dashboard for whoever booked it. It is a web page, not an app you have to download. You get a link, and it works on any phone. Here is what is waiting in it.

See where your bus is
From the moment your chauffeur marks the trip on the way until the last drop-off, a live map shows exactly where the bus is. You see it, and so does everyone you invited, which ends the "how far out are you?" texts before they start.
Invite your group with one link
Set up your invite page and send the link out however you like. Your friends RSVP on it, and you watch the list fill in instead of counting heads across three group chats.
Split the cost without chasing anyone
Set what each person owes and let them pay their own share right there. If someone hands you cash instead, mark them paid and the running total updates. You can see who has settled at a glance.
Keep the plan in one thread
Your trip page has a group chat for everyone riding. Pickup time, who is bringing what, where you are eating first. It all lives with the reservation instead of scattered across texts.
Waivers done before the night
Guests sign online from the same link. Your chauffeur already has the rider list under your name, so boarding is a head count and not a clipboard.
Update your stops as plans firm up
Dinner moved? Add the stop. You can also leave a note for your chauffeur on any stop, "back entrance", "meet us in the lot behind the bar", so the bus is where you expect it.
Pay the way you want
Pay the deposit and the balance by card from the dashboard, or settle in cash with your chauffeur on the night. The 20% gratuity can go on the card payment or straight to your driver, your call.
Ask for a change without a phone call
Date, time, bus, whatever needs to move, send the request from your dashboard and our office comes back to you. You can call or text too; this just means you do not have to.
