Yes, your reservation is secured with a deposit. The remaining balance is typically due before your trip (we’ll confirm timing during booking).
Weekends (especially spring–fall) book fast. For the best time slots, book 2–6+ weeks ahead. Sometimes we can still pull off a day of event but it’s a lot harder.
A professional driver, the bus, and all onboard features (sound system, lighting, photo spots, etc.). You’ll also get a clear itinerary plan before pickup.

Yes, you can make as many stops as you like as long as it’s within your time frame.
Most groups book 3–5 hours for dinner + bars, or 6+ hours for a full night out.
We recommend having your group ready early. Late starts may reduce drive time and stops, depending on the schedule

Light, removable decorations are usually fine (think balloons, banners, table décor). No confetti, glitter, silly string, or anything permanent.
Small snacks are usually okay. If you want to bring a full meal/catering, ask us first so we can plan for cleanup.
A standard cleaning policy applies. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning charge—keep it simple and you’re good.

The Vegas Party Bus is our blackjack-inspired ride — an all-black exterior, an all-black interior, and enough attitude to make a Tuesday night in Minneapolis feel like a weekend on the Strip. It seats up to 35 passengers and accommodates up to 45, making it one of the largest party buses in our Twin Cities fleet.
Step on board and you get limo-style seating, a premium sound system powered by Kicker, LED light-up drink and kick panels, a stainless steel and mirrored wet bar with a built-in cooler, and a keg holder — yes, an actual keg holder. It even has an onboard restroom (seasonal, $100 — unavailable in deep winter), which your group will appreciate more than they expect on a long night out.
