Party Bus Events in Minneapolis & the Twin Cities

Whatever you’re celebrating, there’s a bus for it. Rent My Party Bus runs weddings in Wayzata, prom night in Edina, Vikings tailgates at U.S. Bank Stadium, and holiday lights tours through St. Paul — anywhere in the Twin Cities metro, any night of the year.

We’ve been doing this since 2008, and we run one of the largest party bus fleets in Minnesota — 18 buses in service. That ranges from mini buses for a small group to VIP luxury coaches seating up to 40, every one with a professional chauffeur, video and GPS monitoring, and full-time mechanics behind it. No designated driver. No parking. Nobody in your group missing the party because they drew the short straw.

Stuff the Bus School Supply Drive

Every August we park a bus and fill it with school supplies for Twin Cities kids who'd otherwise start the year without them. It costs nothing to take part — drop supplies at 95 Ivy Ave W in St. Paul, or become a sponsor and we'll bring the bus to you. Collection runs through August 31.

Apple River Tubing

The float is the easy part. The hard part is twenty people, two cars, wet swimsuits, and a shuttle line in Somerset. We drive round trip from the Twin Cities, wait through your float, and get everyone home — dry seats, cold cooler, nobody driving back after a day in the sun. Summer Saturdays book out by May.

Wedding Transportation

Your photographer is booked. Your venue is booked. The gap nobody plans for is how thirty people get from the ceremony to the reception without someone getting lost. We handle the whole route — bridal party, family, guests — with a chauffeur who arrives early and knows Twin Cities traffic. Climate controlled, room for dresses, and a driver who won't rush your photos.

Bachelor Party Bus

Downtown Minneapolis, a brewery crawl, the casino, or all three in one night — you pick the stops, we handle the driving. Our buses are drink friendly (21+), so nobody's tossing a beer before boarding: wet bar, cooler, keg holder, and seating for up to 40. No designated driver, no cars left overnight, no gap in the party between venues. Summer Saturdays go first.

Bachelorette Party Bus

Wine tasting in the afternoon, dinner downtown, dancing until close — one bus, one driver, zero logistics. Our Rosé, Pinkalicious, and Bachelorette buses were built for exactly this: LED lighting, sound systems, and enough room that nobody's crammed in. Everyone stays together, everyone gets home safe, and the photo in front of the bus writes itself.

Birthday Party Bus

Turning 21, 30, 40, or 16 — a party bus turns the transportation into the party. Pick your stops, plug in your playlist, and let someone else handle parking and directions. Our fleet runs from mini buses for small groups to VIP luxury coaches seating up to 40. Milestone birthdays on weekends book out weeks ahead.

Graduation Party Bus

Cap and gown at ten, family lunch at noon, party that night — and everybody driving separately. A party bus keeps the whole day together, gets grandparents to the ceremony without a parking hunt, and gives the graduate a night out where nobody has to drive. May and June weekends book solid by spring.

Holiday parties, client outings, team building, or shuttling staff to a conference — a party bus beats a rideshare stampede and a pile of parking reimbursements. One invoice, one driver, everyone arrives together and on time. Eighteen buses in service, so we can move a whole department.

Quinceañera Party Bus

The dress, the court, the photos — a quinceañera runs on timing, and a party bus keeps it on schedule. We move the honoree and her court from church to photos to the reception as one group, with room for full gowns and a chauffeur who builds in time for pictures. Prom Party Bus

Parents: this is the safest way to do prom night. A parent or guardian makes the reservation and we confirm every detail by phone. No alcohol on board, monitored by video and GPS, video and GPS monitoring on every bus, and a chauffeur with years of commercial experience. Students: it's also the best entrance at the door. Multi-home pickup, and everyone home when you say. April and May sell out first.

Homecoming Party Bus

Homecoming means a dozen kids trying to caravan to dinner and then the dance. One bus solves it: multi-home pickup, an experienced chauffeur, video and GPS monitoring, and everyone at the door together for photos. A parent books and stays reachable; the bus stays alcohol-free. Book as soon as your school announces the date — the whole metro shares the same weekends.

Sadie Hawkins Party Bus

Sadie Hawkins is the low-key dance that's more fun with a group. Skip the parent shuttle rotation and put the whole crew on one bus — sound system, lights, and photos before you even reach the school. A parent or guardian books the reservation, we confirm by phone, and the bus is alcohol-free and monitored by video and GPS. Mini buses fit smaller groups affordably.

Semi-Formal Party Bus

Semi-formal doesn't need a limo, but it shouldn't mean four parents driving a caravan either. A mini party bus fits the group, keeps the night together, and costs less than you'd think once it's split. Parent-booked, alcohol-free, video and GPS monitored, with a set return time parents can count on.

Holiday Lights Tour

Every Sunday in December we run guided tours through the best-decorated neighborhoods in the Twin Cities — four routes across St. Paul, Plymouth, Blaine, and Eden Prairie. Tickets are $20–$30 and include a warm VIP luxury bus, holiday music, and a driver who knows every street worth seeing. Private tours run any day in December. Seats are limited.

St. Patrick's Day Party Bus

St. Patrick's Day in the Twin Cities is a bar crawl whether you planned one or not. We'll run your group between downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul's Irish pubs all day — no parking, no rideshare surge, and nobody making a bad call at closing time. Book by February; March 17 fills early.

Costumes and driving don't mix, and Halloween is one of the worst nights of the year to be on the road. Put the group on a bus, hit three parties instead of one, and let everyone enjoy the night in costume without doing designated-driver math. Minnesota Vikings Shuttles

Tailgate at your place, not in a parking ramp. We run round-trip shuttles to U.S. Bank Stadium so your group can enjoy the tailgate, skip event parking, and avoid the postgame crawl out of downtown. Bring the grill — we'll handle the driving. Primetime home games sell out our buses.

Gophers Gameday Shuttles

Huntington Bank Stadium on a fall Saturday means campus traffic, permit-only lots, and a long walk in November. We handle the round trip from wherever you're tailgating, so alumni groups and student sections both get door service. Book the big rivalry weekends early.

Target Center, Xcel Energy Center, The Armory — every big show in the Twin Cities ends with twenty thousand people trying to leave at once. We get your group there before the opener and out without the surge pricing. Tell us the show and the pickup, we'll do the rest.

Target Center sits in the middle of the worst parking in Minneapolis. Skip it. We'll run your group down for the game and back, so the only thing you're thinking about is the fourth quarter. Works for season ticket groups, client nights, and birthdays.

Xcel Energy Center on a winter night: icy roads, packed ramps, and a long walk in the cold. We drop your group at the door and pick you up at the same spot after the horn. Warm bus, no parking, no scraping your windshield at eleven o'clock. Groups of ten or more save the most.

Eighty-one home games, and Target Field parking gets worse every year. We shuttle groups downtown and back so nobody's circling ramps at first pitch or waiting out traffic after the ninth. Great for company outings, birthdays, and anyone who'd rather have a beer than a parking spot. Weeknight games are our cheapest rates.

Brewery Tours

Northeast Minneapolis has more taprooms per square mile than anywhere in the state, and you can't drive to four of them. We build the route, handle the driving, and move your group between breweries without anyone counting drinks or waiting on a ride. Afternoon tours are our best value.

Shakopee in September: dusty lots, long walks, and mead. We handle the round trip so your group can get properly into the spirit of the thing without anybody drawing the short straw. Weekends run late August through early October.

Twelve days, two million people, and the worst parking situation in the state. We drop your group at the gate and pick you up at the same spot, so nobody's walking a mile to the car at ten at night carrying a stuffed animal. Great for family groups and company days.
