Peak bachelorette runs through Labor Day — Saturdays on The Bachelorette are the first to sell out. Add a State Fair stop (Aug 27–Sept 7), or go full costume with an October Halloween crawl.

My group had a great time on the party bus! The bus was clean and set up well for us. The driver, Alex, was fun but also a professional. Very clear communication about rules and expectations, which I appreciate since having a bus full of tipsy bachelorettes can get out of hand easily. I would definitely use Rent My Party Bus again.

Super fun bachelorette party for my friend! Got upgraded to the Pink Licious Bus and it was cute, clean, pink, and well decorated. Our driver had the music going as we got on. Lots of space for seats and dancing. Sound system was great. Easy clean up at the end.

Yes, your reservation is secured with a deposit. The remaining balance is typically due before your trip (we’ll confirm timing during booking).
Weekends (especially spring–fall) book fast. For the best time slots, book 2–6+ weeks ahead. Sometimes we can still pull off a day of event but it’s a lot harder.
A professional driver, the bus, and all onboard features (sound system, lighting, photo spots, etc.). You’ll also get a clear itinerary plan before pickup.

Yes, you can make as many stops as you like as long as it’s within your time frame.
Most groups book 3–5 hours for dinner + bars, or 6+ hours for a full night out.
We recommend having your group ready early. Late starts may reduce drive time and stops, depending on the schedule
Usually yes if the bus is available.
Light, removable decorations are usually fine (think balloons, banners, table décor). No confetti, glitter, silly string, or anything permanent.
Small snacks are usually okay. If you want to bring a full meal/catering, ask us first so we can plan for cleanup.
A standard cleaning policy applies. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning charge—keep it simple and you’re good.
Cancellation terms depend on how close you are to the reservation date. The cancellation policy is listed in our Terms & Conditions.
Yes, this bus is amazing for pictures (pink vibe + photo-worthy interior features).
A 20% driver gratuity is required on all rentals and is added at booking — your quoted total already covers it, so there’s nothing to figure out on the night. If your driver goes above and beyond, extra cash tips are appreciated but never expected.
Yes — the Bachelorette runs year-round and is fully heated, so it stays warm through a Minnesota January. Winter dates are popular for holiday light tours and birthdays, and if a snowstorm ever makes travel unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule.
