People I work with, and I, have rented a bus from this company many times. Once a year for at least 6 years. We have done birthdays, bachelorette partys, 10 year anniversary, even a divorce party! Usually the experience is fabulous! Five stars! We have always had amazing drivers and great customer service! Unfortunately, we rented a bus this St Patrick's weekend, and I would rate that experience one star. We had requested a specific bus, the knight rider. It is a favorite of the group, and is green, so it's perfect for a St Patrick's celebration! Unfortunately, the day of the party, the knight rider was having some issues. Alex called me and said he was substituting a different bus. He promised me it was very similar, and was green. He also forwarded me a link to check out the bus. I was not charged a different amount, it was the same amount in my contract. Unfortunately, the bus he sent was not similar, it didn't have a bathroom! Ugh how frustrating! Upon being dropped off at our second location, a member of the group left something on the bus, and needed access to the bus. We called our driver for 15 minutes and didn't get an answer or response. I called Alex and told him I was not happy about not having a bathroom or the fact I couldn't get a hold of the driver. He said to me that I had a chance to see the web link on the bus, and I should have noticed the missing bathroom! Ummmm, excuse me!?! He also said that there were no other buses available for a swap out. I didn't expect or even want a new bus, but at least an apology, or a discount for a group of very loyal customers! Through out the night, we continued to have a very hard time getting the driver to answer and pick us up. He kept asking us how long we were going to stay at each place. That is difficult to estimate when there are 25 other people involved. I made the mistake of tipping him $100 at the beginning of the night, so I guess he did not feel the need to earn it, or provide us with good customer service. His driving was more like he was in a NASCAR race than driving around a bus full of people standing and dancing and drinking beers. Several times people spilled on themselves because of his stomping on the gas and brakes. I am looking for a new bus service if anyone knows of one. It is a real shame because we had years of perfect service from rent my party bus. One bad night, and the customer service I have experienced this time, I'm not sure I will chance it again.I received an email within hours of my first post with an apology and a partial refund. I have changed my rating to five stars, as to reflect all of my other encounters with rent my party bus.

She offered to take photos for us when she notices that some of the girls weren't in the picture because they are so busy taking the photos and she steps in and offered to take our photo, so that the photo would be completed with all the girls. Rene, our driver, was terrific and I think had just as much fun as we did. The bus was a perfect fit for prom. The theme of the bus was neon so the kids did neon themed clothes after prom which made it fun. Plenty of room for the kids and it was nice to know they could have a fun night doing something different between the dance and the end of the night. The driver was great. Zero complaints from the kids!! The bus also held a lot of people which was nice for prom so that nobody was left out. It helped make it a more inclusive night. I don't normally write reviews but I do look at them before hiring a company, and there are some negative ones that concerned me before renting from Rent my party bus so I thought I should write one. We had a great experience. The company reached out a week before our rental to confirm everything, and the driver (DeAndre) did a couple days before to go over itinerary/timeline etc. We rented a luxury party bus (the gold one) for my husband's 45th birthday to take 30 of us to 3 breweries then back to my house. Our driver was on time, courteous, and got us safely where we were going. The AC on the bus was cold and ran perfectly. The sound system was great, we had a playlist on a phone that we connected to the blue tooth and it sounded amazing. There was no bathroom on our bus which I prefer so no weird smells. We brought multiple coolers on and had sandwiches etc, there are garbage cans to keep everything clean. It was a great night.

Highly recommend!!!! Our driver Brian was a delight and flexible with our itinerary. The bus was clean and our trip was super affordable. We rented a 15 person pink bus for five hours and drove to three locations for $800 including tip. We connected my phone to play our own music and filled the coolers with seltzers! It was such a fun experience and I'd recommend to anybody looking for a party bus.

What is the most popular party bus for a St. Paul wedding?
For weddings in Downtown St. Paul or at the Landmark Center, our “Pinkalicious” and “Platinum” buses are top favorites. They offer elegant interiors and high-end sound systems, perfect for transporting wedding parties between the ceremony and reception venues.
Do you offer shuttles for Vikings games or concerts?
Absolutely! We are famous for our Vikings Game Day Shuttles. Many of our clients book the “24K Gold Bus” for trips from St. Paul to U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. We also provide safe, reliable transportation to the Xcel Energy Center and Target Center for concerts and sporting events.
Can we bring our own drinks on the bus?

How far in advance should I book a party bus in Minnesota?

If you’re heading to Minneapolis, we often visit Bauhaus Brew Labs, Indeed Brewing, and Surly. You choose the breweries, and your driver will handle the navigation and parking so your group can stay safe and have fun.
Are drinks and snacks allowed on the bus during the tours?
Absolutely. Whether you’re on a Brewery Crawl or a Christmas Light Tour, all of our buses come with built-in coolers and ice. You are welcome to bring your own craft beers, wine, or holiday snacks.
